Exhibits
The Svenson gallery at the CCAA Museum of Art is open for exhibit to local and nationally known arists. We display work in all mediums. Exhibits are generally scheduled over a six week period throughout the year.
During our tenure at the Ontario Museum of History and Art many of the artists who are now part of our permanent collection and others were in our shows. These artists included Millard Sheets, Anders Aldrin, Leon Amyx, Carolyn Batchelor, Rex Brandt, Paul Darrow, Robert George, Jose Clemente Orozco, Phil Paradise, John Svenson, Martha Underwood,Veloy Vijil, and Milford Zornes.
Recent shows at the winery location have included Cheryl Cooper, Betty Davenport Ford, Marc Muench, Tom Fong, Andree Mahoney, Jerry Mahoney, Joella Mahoney, Robert Lyn Nelson, Dick Oosterhoot, Joe Pastor, Bob Smith, Gayle Stratford, John Svenson, Joseph Todorovich, Martha Underwood, and Milford Zornes. Diversity for local artists has been represented by the Inland Empire Latino Artists Association, an art quilt exhibit, a photographic exhibit featuring the history of area wineries, and shows for local high school exhibits.
We currently are hosting two juried shows each year (in the fall and early spring), and we hold an annual miniature and artists’s inventory sale. We invite all artists to contact the museum for information about our exhibits.
