Each year, the CCAA has held a members' exhibit to advertise and present the talent of its artist-members while also providing an opportunity for members to sell and display their works. This year, as a twist on a familiar idea, we invite our members to present works small in stature, but big in spirit.
Southern California has a reputation for thinking big, for creating monumental works of art. We challenge you to live up to this reputation, but to do so in concise, powerful, bite-sized works. Any medium or theme is welcome as the size limitation acts as an equalizer, from abstraction to representation, photography to sculpture.
Show us your best work. Your artwork may be miniature, but we hope its character and ability to inspire is enormous.
Guidelines:
All styles and themes of art are welcome.
Each artist may only submit three original artworks, ready-to-hang or display.
The piece must not exceed 14 inches x 14 inches, including the frame.
All participants must be current CCAA members. Not a member, join now for $35.00.
Entry Fees:
3 pieces of art per member for $25.00. All artists will receive 100% of each sale. Any work sold can be replaced by the artist at no additional cost. It’s up to each individual artist to monitor the sale for replacement.
